Comes after POTUS announced that he will not be able to…
Mary Trump, Trump’s cousin, hinted that there might be a deeper reason for his absence.
On The Dean Obeidallah Show, she mentioned that Trump struggles with loving others. She suggested that he feels threatened by the idea of being seen for who he really is. Mary pointed out that, while some people know his true character, many others are misled by his supporters. She stated, “Don’t underestimate how much of his psychic and emotional energy he has spent trying to keep up the illusion that he’s some great, brilliant entrepreneur, businessman, self-made man, or whatever.” She even argued that he feels insecure around genuinely talented people because he doesn’t see himself as one of them. In discussing Trump missing the wedding, she said he cannot love anyone, adding, “So it’s very difficult to be loved if you don’t love anybody.”
Trump shared on his Truth Social that he would miss Don Jr.’s wedding, saying, “While I very much wanted to be with my son … circumstances pertaining to Government, and my love for the United States of America, do not allow me to” attend.
As reported by People, both Trump Jr. and Anderson are hoping to have another celebration at the White House in the future. An insider shared this information, stating that the couple got married before the July 4th festivities. They explained, “July 4 belongs to America, and early fall is not a good time to plan a wedding in South Florida or on the islands due to questionable bad weather, so they decided to do it now in a place they both love.”
