Dr. Larissa Portnoff has released a video alleging abuse beginning in childhood, followed by years of intimidation and unwanted contact. Her allegations have not been independently verified.
New York clinical psychologist Dr. Larissa Portnoff has publicly accused President Donald Trump of sexually abusing her when she was a child, making a series of serious allegations in a video statement that has begun circulating online.
In the roughly four-minute recording, Portnoff identifies herself by name and describes what she says was a pattern of sexual exploitation beginning when she was approximately eight years old. She also alleges that people connected to Trump have contacted, intimidated and threatened her in more recent years.
Her allegations have not been independently verified, and no supporting court records, investigative findings or other corroborating evidence have been established in the material reviewed for this report.
Portnoff is a New York-based clinical psychologist whose professional identity is supported by publicly available healthcare-provider records.
In her recorded statement, Portnoff says she tried to move forward with her life after the experiences she describes, but decided to speak publicly because she believes the alleged intimidation has continued.
“I was one of the child victims of Donald Trump, beginning when I was around eight years old,” she says.
She alleges that the abuse became more severe when she was around ten and continued until approximately age twelve. She also claims she was targeted again at sixteen and seventeen.
Portnoff describes what she believes was a wider network of sexual exploitation involving powerful individuals. Those allegations remain unsubstantiated.
Her statement then turns to more recent events.
According to Portnoff, someone she believes was acting on Trump’s behalf contacted her during the past year and arranged invitations involving a New York Yankees game on September 11, 2025, and a proposed private meeting at the Waldorf Astoria.

She interprets those alleged approaches as attempts at intimidation and renewed exploitation.
No independent documentation establishing that Trump authorized or participated in those contacts was provided in the published account.
Portnoff also claims that individuals connected to Trump obtained information about her home address and accessed records she describes as sealed. She alleges that people around her have been approached and that she has faced threats following reports she says she made to authorities.
She further claims to have communicated with a Senate office and says her reports were referred for investigation. Those claimed communications and referrals have not been independently confirmed.
Throughout the video, Portnoff speaks directly to Trump, demanding that the conduct she alleges come to an end.
“This must stop. It’s done,” she says.
Portnoff also makes allegations involving Elon Musk in additional material described by The God Show, including claims about unwanted approaches to her and her friends at gatherings in the Hamptons. Those separate allegations have likewise not been independently substantiated.
The allegations are especially serious because they concern alleged childhood sexual abuse, threats and organized criminal activity. Each would require independent evidence and careful investigation before conclusions could be drawn about the people accused.
Portnoff’s statement does not establish that Trump or Musk committed the acts she describes. Nor does the existence of the video independently verify her account.
The published material does not include a response from Trump or Musk to these specific allegations.
Portnoff ends her statement by asking people who may have relevant information to contact her professional office and by calling for an investigation.
Her decision to speak publicly has brought her allegations into wider circulation. Whether they can be substantiated remains an open question.
