In one of the most shocking examples of a judge overstepping their role and acting corruptly, the judge who stopped the investigation into Trump over his secret documents has now hidden the rest of her report from the public, unless a higher court changes her decision.
Why?
Because it wouldn’t be fair to Donald Trump and his other criminal allies. Cannon wrote that releasing the report would “go against basic ideas of fairness and justice” and be a “big injustice” because the case never got to a jury.
She said, “Although former special counsels have released final reports when they finished their work, it seems they did so either when they didn’t bring charges or after someone pleaded guilty or was convicted in a trial.
The Court can’t find any case where a former special counsel released a report after starting criminal charges but without a guilty verdict.”
So, who’s to blame for the case never getting to a jury, Judge Cannon?

Judge Cannon canceled the fast-tracked trial schedule, slowing down the justice process every time, until Trump was back in power and the case could be quietly shut down.
Trump’s supporters in the Justice Department don’t want the report made public.
Even though Trump complains about judges who rule against him, he doesn’t mind when judges he picked use their power to shield him from being held responsible for his actions.
Judge Cannon should be removed from the court, the report should be made public, and Trump should go to prison for breaking the law.
