As you read this, the president of the United States is giving a speech that sounds really out of control. He’s talking about new information that says China was planning to replace all the ballots with fortune cookies, and that’s how the Democrats took the 2020 election from him—or something just as ridiculous and untrue.

But he won’t be getting the full coverage on live TV across the country.
CNN, ABC, and NBC have all said they won’t take time away from their regular shows to air it.Instead, they’re putting it on their streaming apps.

Brian Stelter shared the news through a series of posts on X.
He said, “In short, Trump won’t get the nonstop coverage he wants from all the networks.”

NBC says they’ll provide live coverage of the president’s speech at 9 p.m.
ET tonight on NBC News NOW.They also plan to run a special report on the network after the speech.

ABC said they’ll run the speech on ABC News Live and ABC News Radio with in-depth, anchored coverage.

CNN won’t air the full speech live.
A spokesperson said, “CNN will cover the President’s speech as a news event and will keep an eye on it for any new developments.We’ll give analysis and commentary from our experts who cover elections, intelligence, and the FBI.A live feed of the speech with analysis and expert commentary will be available on CNN.com and on CNN’s All Access streaming platform.”
