Senator Whitehouse from Rhode Island confronted Todd Blanche this morning about Trump’s poor choice for FBI director, Kash Patel, a former podcaster and conspiracy theorist.Whitehouse asked, “How long do you plan to keep tolerating this Kash Patel?
Are you okay with his frequent trips on private planes?Are you sure he isn’t drinking while on the job?Are you certain none of his travel is just an excuse for things like snorkeling, the Olympics, or visiting girlfriends?Are you sure he knows what he’s doing?Do you trust him?Are you willing to check if he lied to this committee?”
Blanche responded, “That’s a really rude question, Senator, and I have full confidence in Director Patel and his work every day.”

Whitehouse replied, “Great!
You own that.”
This should be a clear reason to remove him.
Kash Patel’s foolish behavior has been going on for too long.He was about to get on the FBI jet to go to a “girlfriend’s” bad country concert when the White House called him in to scold him.
