Former Marjorie Taylor Greene has sparked speculation after announcing what she called her “next chapter,” posting from what appeared to be a tropical location alongside her fiancé, Brian Glenn.
In a social media post, Greene shared a photo from Costa Rica and wrote: “I’m so thankful to start the next chapter with @brianglenntv ❤️.”
The post quickly fueled online rumors about whether the former “America First” lawmaker had relocated outside the United States after leaving Congress.
Right-wing activist Laura Loomer amplified the speculation, claiming Greene had moved to Costa Rica and suggesting she may have purchased an expensive property there. Those claims have not been independently verified.
Loomer also questioned whether Greene had changed her residency or citizenship status, framing the move as inconsistent with her long-standing “America First” messaging.
Greene later pushed back on the rumors, stating that she still considers Georgia her home and that her travels are part of a more global lifestyle following her time in Congress.
She also clarified that she intends to continue moving between locations rather than permanently relocating abroad.
Greene’s departure from Congress followed a period of political tension within the Republican Party, including disagreements with Donald Trump over how certain high-profile investigations, including those related to Jeffrey Epstein, were being handled.
While Greene had previously been one of Trump’s most outspoken allies, those disagreements marked a rare public split within the MAGA movement.
For now, her posts have left supporters and critics debating whether her “next chapter” represents a personal lifestyle change, a political reset, or simply a period of travel after leaving Washington.
