Donald Trump has a habit of giving nicknames to people he doesn’t like or who get in the way of his plans: “Sleepy Joe Biden,” “Crooked Hillary Clinton,” “Crazy Kamala,” “Shifty Adam Schiff,” and “Gavin Newscum.” His fellow Republicans weren’t left out either: “Sloppy Chris Christie,” “Low Energy Jeb Bush,” “Lyin’ Ted Cruz,” “Little Marco Rubio,” and “Marjorie Traitor Greene.”
It’s no wonder that Trump’s critics have come up with a bunch of mean names for him: “Mango Mussolini,” “Cheeto Benito,” “The Lyin’ King,” “Tangerine Toddler,” and “Delusional Donnie.”
The list goes on and on.
Now, James Carville, a long-time Democratic strategist, has added a new nickname for Trump that’s both disgusting and humiliating: “Scrotum Face.”
Carville came up with the name after attending the Kentucky Derby, where he overheard some pretty harsh comments from women dressed elegantly and highly educated.
One woman, who has an MBA from Vanderbilt, gave him an idea.
She said that when she sees Trump’s face, it reminds her of “the backside of my husband’s scrotum.” Carville took the idea and used it to describe Trump: “That’s what you look like. You look like the backside of a nutsack. That’s what you are, Trump. No wonder Lindsey Graham always tries to lick your face.”
This nickname, “Scrotum Face,” has now become part of the political talk.
But the crude language wasn’t just for laughs. Carville was also sending a serious message to White House staff. He told them, “I want to talk to you f—ing a–holes in the White House. You better get straight, and you better get straight fast, because it’s coming. Do you know how bad you’re going to get beat in November? None of you are going to get a job for the rest of your life. You’re all going to be subpoenaed. Lawyer up now.”
The polls back up Carville’s confidence.
Trump’s disapproval is at 62% according to the latest Washington Post-ABC News-Ipsos poll. Sixty-six percent of people disapprove of how he’s handling the Iran war, which is as unpopular as Iraq was during its peak violence in 2006 and Vietnam in the early ’70s.
Carville also doesn’t think Trump will be in the White House come November.
“I just don’t see this guy being President of the United States by this time next year,” he said, pointing to what he sees as a clear, fast-moving decline in Trump’s influence. “People are giving less and less of a s–t about what he says. Foreign leaders, voters, politicians. It’s not the same job he had a year ago.”
While Carville is best known for his work with Bill Clinton and his frequent appearances on cable news, his new nickname for Trump might be his most creative and accurate criticism yet.
