In another early-morning outburst, Donald Trump attacked both Fox News and California Representative Ro Khanna, insisting the network must silence Democratic voices unless they have an “anchor” ready to aggressively challenge his lies and shut them down. On his platform, Truth Social, Trump wrote:
“The Sleazebag, Radical Left Congressman from the failed State of California, Ro Khanna, should not be allowed on Fox News unless you have an ‘anchor’ who can dispute his lies one after another, and close down his FAKE (Bullsh*t!)
narrative. He is similar, but worse than Hakeem Jeffries, only with a somewhat higher IQ.”
Trump continued to act like a child, complaining that Khanna tried to give Democrats any credit for the steel industry’s recent growth – something Trump bizarrely claims he alone “saved” through his tariffs – while insisting the country was “DEAD” under Biden and is now “hotter than ever before.”
Clearly, Trump is only getting favorable news from his close allies.
He ended with a warning that Democrats would “fully destroy our thriving, and now very respected, Nation” if they win.
It’s clear Trump is completely out of touch with reality and terrified of any opposition.
The former president craves total control over the narrative, even on Fox News. The idea that a sitting congressman shouldn’t be allowed on television unless he’s being aggressively bullied shows the authoritarian tendencies at the heart of MAGA.
Instead of addressing real problems facing working families, Trump is once again fixated on cable TV appearances, spewing childish insults, and rewriting history to elevate himself.
The steel industry didn’t suddenly appear because of one man’s tariffs, but facts have never mattered to Trump when there’s credit to take and enemies to smear.
Trump is desperate these days, yelling at his own sycophantic network for daring to give a platform to a Democrat who challenges his distorted version of events as his popularity continues to decline.
These meltdowns show just how much Democrats are getting under his thin skin.
