Rosie O’Donnell made a new song for Donald Trump, but it’s pretty clear it doesn’t show him in a good light.
The 64-year-old comedian shared it on TikTok on July 26.
She was responding to Trump’s recent comments about her at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner.Trump, who is 80, gave a speech at the event and said Rosie had Trump Derangement Syndrome.He also called her a “sick older woman.” The audience stayed quiet when he said that.
Rosie then used social media to share a parody of a song from *The Wizard of Oz*.
She made the lyrics about Trump.She started the video by saying, “Hey everybody, it’s Saturday all day as my nana would say.I was really tired from doing my one-woman show in New York, but when I got home, I watched a review of the White House Correspondents’ Dinner and I wrote this song, a parody, from *The Wizard of Oz* for our loving president.”
She sang to the tune of “If I Only Had a Heart,” saying, “His approval rate is 30, his diaper’s always dirty, I think the guy’s insane.
He ain’t no stable genius, got a teeny tiny.” At that point, she covered her mouth with her hand, probably because she was embarrassed.
She continued, “But he doesn’t have a brain.
The Reflecting Pool is green, his reasons were obscene.It’s him we all do blame.He grew a magic ear, stole billions in a year, ’cause he doesn’t have a brain.”
She then sang, “Oh I can’t tell you why some people think he’s smart.
All he does is lie and cheat and steal, and he’s asleep when meetings start.He still dreams that he is Putin, while our country he is lootin’.On humanity, a stain.”
The song ended with, “All he does is cause us drama cause he’ll never be Obama ’cause he doesn’t have a brain.” She finished by saying, “Hope you enjoyed that Donald, that’s for you.”
She added a caption: “Saw the White House correspondents dinner – trump once again proving comedy ain’t easy – here’s a little parody I wrote just for him.
