The Supreme Court was put into a position where the Constitution is so clear that even the yes-men on the Supreme Court couldn’t justify it — at least Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett.
Thomas, Alito, and Kavanaugh have made it very clear that they are okay with Trump using the Constitution to support his agenda.

Trump is showing once again that there is no amount of loyalty, flattery, or approval enough to please him. A single mistake against him is enough to make you his enemy and to have him send his army of annoying fans after you.
