Because of Trump, Epstein’s main ally is now staying in a nice, low-security place in Texas instead of a tough prison where she should be. She still won’t tell anyone about the people connected to Epstein and his illegal activities, which makes people think she might be giving Trump silence in exchange for a possible pardon.
Virginia Giuffre passed away by suicide in April 2025.
As we work to stop Maxwell from being released, it’s important to hear what Giuffre’s family has to say.
“A Letter to Ghislaine Maxwell:”
“Ghislaine Maxwell, First, it is not a privilege to address you. It is, however, an honor that this committee has granted us the opportunity to speak.”
“My name is Sky Roberts. I am the brother of Virginia Roberts Giuffre. Whether or not you choose to acknowledge it, you know exactly who I am. My identity was used by you and Jeffrey Epstein, to manipulate, control, and threaten my sister. Virginia spoke clearly and publicly about this reality, including in her memoir, Nobody’s Girl, a book you would be well served to read if you have not already.”
“I would also like to introduce my wife, Amanda Roberts, who shared a close and deeply personal bond with Virginia. Together, our family has formed a unified coalition of support—grounded in truth, accountability, and perseverance. As Virginia stated repeatedly in her press conferences, and as we affirm today: ‘We will not stop until justice is served.'”
“Virginia was not a headline. She was a mother, a daughter, and a sister—brilliant, loving, and fiercely protective of the people she cared about. She fought for years to tell the truth, and she paid a price for that truth every day of her life.”
“Ghislaine Maxwell, you were not a bystander. You were not ‘misled.’ You were a central, deliberate actor in a system built to find children, isolate them, groom them, and deliver them to abuse. You used trust as a weapon. You targeted vulnerability and turned it into access. That is not a mistake. That is not poor judgment. That is predation.”
“As Virginia said, ‘Ghislaine was a monster; she was often more vicious and cruel than Epstein. Put it this way: Epstein was Pinocchio, and she was Geppetto. She was the guy controlling.’ You were the person pulling the strings, making the abuse possible, and then making it repeat.”
“The damage you caused did not end when the abuse ended. It followed Virginia into adulthood. It seeped into her sleep, her sense of safety, her relationships, and her ability to move through the world without fear. It forced her to carry memories no child should ever have, and to spend years defending her own reality just to be believed.”
“You did not just harm Virginia. You helped create a template of exploitation that hurt so many girls. Girls who were children, who were powerless, and who deserved protection. The suffering was not incidental to what you did. It was the point. It was your reward for a sadistic system you helped create.”
“No sentence can restore what was taken. But this Committee and this hearing can say, clearly and permanently, that the lives of these girls mattered—and that the people who enabled their abuse will be held fully accountable.”
“Forgiveness is neither owed, nor offered to you Ghislaine. We further urge Congress to continue its investigation into the extraordinary leniency that was extended to Ghislaine without the consent, consultation, or even the knowledge of survivors. Such actions undermine public trust and the pursuit of justice.”
“Moreover, in light of the recent release of files, significant inconsistencies have emerged between the record and your prior sworn testimony. Should it be determined that you knowingly provided false statements under oath, we call upon this Committee and Congress to act decisively and pursue any and all additional charges warranted by the evidence.”
“Finally, we ask Congress to support our continued efforts to ensure that Ghislaine Maxwell is held fully accountable for her actions and placed exactly where she belongs: in a maximum-security prison. We ask you to continue this fight with us and every survivor, to continue this pursuit of justice with the tenacity and strength of Virginia. Not out of vengeance, but out of justice. Out of recognition of the gravity and scale of the harm. And out of the simple, necessary message that recruiting and facilitating the sexual abuse of children is a life-destroying crime, and it should be treated that way.”
“Ghislaine Maxwell, we will not let what you did be minimized, softened, or rewritten.”
“We’ll end this letter with Virginia’s last wishes for you: ‘Ghislaine, you deserve to spend the rest of your life in a jail cell. Trapped in a cage forever just like you trapped your victims.'”
“With resilience and determination, Sky and Amanda Roberts”
