Journalist G. Elliot Morris, through his article “Strength In Numbers” from Verasight, conducted a survey of 2,087 U.S.adults to find out who their favorite politicians were.
“In our poll, I regularly ask Americans to rate the country’s top political figures on a ‘feeling thermometer’ scale,” Morris explains on his blog.
“This is a 0-to-100 scale, where 100 means very warm and positive, and 0 means very cold and negative.”
On average, Americans warm up to just one political figure: Barack Obama.
Obama received a score of 54 out of 100.
The other most popular politicians are left-leaning figures – Bernie Sanders scored 45, Zohran Mamdani 44, Jon Ossoff 42, and AOC 41.
At the bottom of the list are mostly Republicans.
“Tucker Carlson is the most disliked figure we tested, with a score of 28.
Senate Majority Leader John Thune scored 30, Speaker Mike Johnson 33, and Elon Musk 36.Donald Trump scored 38, tied with his own vice president, JD Vance, and just below the Republican Party as a whole, which scored 39.”
Trump’s low rating might be because of the corruption, war crimes, pedophilia allegations, embezzlement, and the fact that he is widely viewed as the worst person ever.
It’s not surprising that Obama is at the top, but it’s surprising how high Zohran, AOC, and Bernie Sanders are.
America seems ready for a progressive future that reverses everything Donald Trump has done and continues the work started by President Obama.
Since Trump only cares about approval ratings, popularity, and other similar measures, and since Obama is the person he hates the most, it’s safe to say Marco Rubio will get a Big Mac to the face when Trump hears about this.
