Jimmy Kimmel openly criticized Trump for being “blindsided” by Melania’s unexpected announcement about Epstein and suggested that she must “really hate him” for bringing his pedophilia scandal back into the news.
The president’s favorite comedian mocked both Trump and his wife after Melania bizarrely brought up her husband’s Epstein scandal with an unannounced press conference, where she denied any connection to Epstein, likely in an attempt to address a new story or accusation.
Kimmel started by saying, “There was a big surprise from the White House today, even to Donald Trump.
Melania came out of the East Wing rubble, wiped off her suit, and delivered a prepared statement demanding that we stop talking about something no one was talking about.”
He then played a clip of Melania saying, “The lies linking me with the disgraceful Jeffrey Epstein need to end today.
“
Kimmel responded, “OK, how about tomorrow?
Because I’m just now hearing about these lies. Can you give me like a minute to catch up? Somewhere in the White House, Trump saw this happening. He spit out a whole gallon of Diet Coke! This is already better than her movie. Go on, please.”
He then played a clip of Melania saying she “never was friends with Epstein.

Kimmel asked, “Why is this happening today?
” and said, “Trump spent the past six weeks trying to get this Epstein story out of the headlines. Two days after the ceasefire, she puts it right back on top… She must really hate him. I don’t know how else to explain it.”
It doesn’t make much sense, but if she’s trying to punish him for something, we definitely appreciate the effort.
