All air traffic controllers must return to work right away. Anyone who doesn’t will face serious consequences. For those controllers who were really loyal and didn’t take any time off during the ‘Democrat Shutdown Hoax,’ I will recommend a $10,000 bonus for their outstanding service to the country,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
In reality, these workers don’t have to return to work until they get their pay.
A deal has been made with some Democrats to end the shutdown, which has pleased some and upset many. But the deal hasn’t been passed or approved yet. The Senate has only voted to move forward with the plan. Now it needs to be debated, passed in the House, and signed by Trump. The shutdown is still ongoing.
The shutdown was entirely Trump’s fault.
He caused a lot of suffering by refusing to extend Affordable Care Act subsidies. Now the government is reopening as he wanted, but millions of Americans will face much higher healthcare costs.
“For those who just complained and took time off, even though everyone knew they’d be paid in full soon, I’m not happy with you,” Trump said.
“You didn’t support the U.S.A. against the fake Democrat attack that was meant to hurt our country. You’ll have a bad mark in my mind.”

As always, Trump is blaming others for his own mistakes.
He wants the air traffic controllers to come back quickly because he knows he’s being blamed for the flight cancellations and travel chaos happening now. Under his leadership, every part of American life has gotten worse.
