A jury has discovered Ryan Routh, the male who plotted to shoot President Donald Trump, guilty on all 5 counts, NBC News reported Tuesday.
Ruth poked a gun through the bushes at Trump’s Doral golf club in Florida, however the Secret Service saw him. He then fled the scene and was captured and jailed in September in 2015.
Reports claimed Routh tried to stab himself in the neck with a pen after hearing the decision. His child, who was in court, begged her dad, “Do not hurt yourself,” and guaranteed, “We’ll get you out,” the reports mentioned. He was safe.
Routh represented himself in court.
He was founded guilty of attempting to assassinate a significant governmental prospect, having a gun in furtherance of a crime of violence, assaulting a federal officer, having a firearm and ammunition as a founded guilty felon and possessing a gun with an eliminated serial number. He had pleaded innocent.
