The cold-hearted and harsh treatment by Trump’s supporters has no limits. Hope Walz posted a strong and angry video where she talked about the awful harassment her family is facing after Donald Trump called her father, the Governor of Minnesota, “seriously r*tarded” on his Truth Social account.
She said, “I’m talking about this because even though my family and I always try to be bigger, when the president said those things about my dad, it started a huge mess of offensive language towards me and my family, especially my brother.
You can say whatever you want to me, or to my dad or my mom.”
“But when it comes to Gus, that’s not okay.
No way. He dealt with people saying that last August and now it’s coming back again. No way!”
“How is it okay that the president of the United States can say something like that about someone, no matter who they are, and then all his followers come after that person and their family.
Say whatever you want about my dad. He’s an elected official, right? That’s not acceptable.
I think it’s completely shameful that the president would say that.
But then the attacks I’ve seen—people sending me really horrible messages. When I was home last week, someone drove by and screamed that we were R words, just driving by in their car.”

And again, I won’t let it happen to Gus because he’s already been through that stuff before. You people are completely disgraceful. Shame on you. All of you.”

It’s really disgusting that this is where American conservatism is today under Trump.
Family-values Christians are doing drive-by slurs at special needs kids. MAGA is completely beyond saving as a political movement and needs to be removed from power wherever it exists.
