Alex was a registered nurse with no criminal record and only a few parking tickets. He was an athlete and loved being outdoors. He was a brother and a son. He worked for the VA, helping take care of veterans’ health. He also worked as an ICE observer, legally filming the actions of ICE agents when he was stopped, detained, disarmed, and then shot several times by ICE agents.
Alex had a legal permit to carry a gun.
Videos clearly show he didn’t pull out his weapon or point it at the agents. It seems the Second Amendment only applies to Republicans.
He was only holding his camera when the agents approached him.
They had already taken his gun from its holster before they shot him. He was pinned down and beaten by a group of ICE agents before they shot him for no reason. It was murder.
It’s important to note that Pretti is a legal citizen with a listed address in South Minneapolis.
The Trump administration sent in undertrained, overweight, and aggressive agents under the guise of rounding up undocumented immigrants. In reality, they were targeting and killing innocent Americans.
We must spread the truth about Pretti widely because Homeland Security is already trying to falsely paint him as someone who tried to attack law enforcement.
The official DHS account on X said he “wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement.” They’re being completely dishonest. We won’t believe their lies.
