He even said he didn’t mind speaking without it, claiming he felt happy to be there. He joked that whoever was running the teleprompter was in big trouble.
He summed up his experience at the UN by saying, “These are the two things I got from the United Nations: a bad escalator and a bad teleprompter.”
But a source told The Daily Beast that delegations are allowed to bring their own laptops and teleprompters.
So the UN wasn’t to blame for the teleprompter issue—it was Trump’s own team.
This escalator and teleprompter problem is a perfect example of what MAGA is all about: creating problems and blaming others.
Besides the self-made issues, Trump’s speech was full of loud confidence and insults.
