The ICE kidnapping team surrounded a car on West 28th Street and Blaisdell Avenue in Minneapolis, where they pulled out a Latino teenager and a girl.
A group of people gathered to protest, and Bovino responded like other ICE officers do: with chemical weapons and violence.
He was heard shouting, “I’m gonna gas.
Get back. Gas is coming. Gas is coming, second warning. Second warning,” and then “Third warning. Gas, gas, gas,” he yelled.
But it’s obvious Bovino didn’t know what he was doing.
Video shows him trying to remove the pin from a gas grenade, then throwing it into the wind, which caused the gas to float back and hit his face and the faces of his colleagues.
Witnesses told the Minnesota Star Tribune that multiple protesters were arrested, and others were sick from the smoke, coughing and throwing up.
Trump’s foolish enforcers then dropped a full rifle magazine in the snow and walked away.
These men are just as stupid and incompetent as they are cruel and heartless.
Bovino has already been ruled to have used chemical gas too much by a Chicago court, where a judge said there was “ample evidence that agents… intended to cause protesters harm,” and that his claim he used the gas after being hit by rocks was “not credible” because video clearly showed he was lying.
When we hold our Nuremberg trials, Bovino should definitely be on that list.
