The U.S. president has once again gotten really upset and left an interview with the media, this time because someone questioned his strange claims about the election.
Recently, Trump has been saying that the primary election happening in California is unfair (because the Republican candidate is losing), and Welker pointed that out.
But Trump got really angry and walked out.
He said, “It was a dirty election.
And it’s happening again right now in California. Right now it’s looking, look at what’s happening in California. It’s four days. They’re doing well in California. California…they’re not, they’re dropping fast because it’s a rigged election. Let me tell you, it’s four days and they aren’t even close to coming up,” complained Trump.
“You know why they’re doing that?
Because they’re cheating on the election. There’s –”
” Do you have evidence to support –” Welker interrupted.
“All I have to do is look.
And I listen, and I listen to people. Do you think it’s appropriate that they have an election that takes five days to count –” said Trump.
“State and local officials admit it’s taking time,” Welker tried to say.
“No, they’re crooked!
Just like you’re crooked. Your press is crooked. Meet The Press is crooked. You’re crooked or you’re stupid. You play right into their hands with this crap. You know that these elections are rigged. Your network knows that they’re rigged. You know that I won an election in a landslide and I got 94 % bad press. You know why I got that? Because you have no credibility,” ranted Trump.
“You’ve never presented evidence that it was rigged!”
responded Welker.
“We’re like a third-world country.
Your elections are crooked, and you’re crooked and Meet the Press is crooked, and so is ABC and CBS and CNN.”
“You’re one-sided crooked network.
Let’s call it quits because I’ve had enough. Thank you, darling. Have a good –”
Welker asked him to stay: “Mr. President, let’s please I traveled all the way to Wisconsin.
I’ve traveled all the way…”
But he didn’t listen.
Trump’s behavior during the interview was really strange.
He was shouting and acting angry, clearly full of hatred and bitterness. It’s very clear that he’s not in his right mind and shouldn’t be in the position he’s in.
He lives in a world made up of his own ideas and ego, and we should put him somewhere safe where he can be helped.
